About

Chesapeake Aerospace Engineering, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Shekhar Bhonsale to provide engineering and certification services for aircraft products, modifications, and installations. CAE engineers have a vast amount of experience working with different aircraft types which include Parts 23 (small-fixed wing aircraft), 25 (large-fixed wing aircraft), 27 (small rotorcraft), and 29 (large rotorcraft) aircraft. With over 100 years of combined experience in structural/electrical engineering and design, stress and structural analysis, manufacturing, installation, and certifications, we have been involved in all phases of projects, from inception to certification.
